A Wedding in Miami Beach

Beautiful large callas by Infinity Weddings & Events,LLC.

This was one of the nicest weddings we ever did! 

Curtis, a firefighter and Heather, a student- decided that there would be no better place to have a very intimate moment in their lives than Miami Beach.

They were very sure of the what they wanted and how! Intimate, only them, barefoot, the view of the water, and between palm trees blowing in the wind.

While they were in their state, we handled the acquiring of the marriage license; so they just came to South Florida and enjoyed their stay. We offer this convenience to all our clients- talk about relieving stress.

I picked them up from their hotel to take them to the very beautiful and breathtaking spots- Pelican Harbor.

When she saw how beautifully the palm trees swayed and Curtis' smile- you can see how happy she was. This is a beautiful couple and it shows.

I love that her wedding dress was so simple and yet elegant at the same time. It flows gently in the breeze; capturing every wind breeze.

Standing on the rocks overlooking the beautiful Biscayne Bay- but you can feel the love between them. Powerful stuff!

We then drove them to the beach- where thankfully, the beach goers were going, and were able to capture some awesome shots. The coloring of the lifeguard house added the right touch of POP- keeping Curtis and Heather the focal point of the picture.

I so loved how she had complete trust- that he would not let his beautiful bride fall. The kiss to a happy beginnings.

Island DestinationWedding

We are always doing weddings... something about love and the promise to be with that person- to love, respect, trust and take care of. This is the wedding of Monsell and Katia!

Well for Monsell and Katia- this had a deeper meaning. They are both in the Military and serving our country. Monsell was away in the war and she was at home- keeping the watch for him here. They were doing so much- buying a home, taking care of their family and country, that we never really got to talk. What dilemna! But never fear we do this all the time.

Since we do many out state couples, it is very common to use other means of communications- such as texts, email and Skype. But in this case we did it the old fashion way- through momma and sister.
Well mom is also in the military- so really sister was the life link to them. It is absolutely awesome when everyone is on board for your marriage!

After all was said and done I thought that they were never going to walk down the aisle! But boy did they do it in style!

She, being a Sagittarius- adventurous and avant garde- had her wedding dress designed to fit her personality. It was a perfect design -fit to her personality and taste and she ROCKED IT! She had the front shortened to give her length, but still kept the fullness and airy feel of the dress. The bodice was a rue-shing design with a beading applique- gave it a fun and fabulous flair!

The family opted to symbolize this marriage with a Sand Ceremony. Each color represents them as an individual.

 The wedding party's colors were black, gold, turquoise and ivory. Each bride's maids had a black tea length dress but with a different cut. The flower girl maintained the neutral color

The once down the aisle and holding each other hands- the sun streams in as the officiant, Lowell Gannon, performs the ceremony!

Once they kissed- shhh- you can't see. We are off to the party

 So we leave the island on the skipper off to the marina to eat, drink , dance and be married!

Table Numbers- Original Touches

I just completed our December 31, 2012 wedding's table numbers and I must say that we did a pretty awesome job!
In this design, we took the engagement photo session of Julie and Edwin with No Ordinary Love photographer- Tatiana Cohen, and simply printed them out on photo paper. the numbers were added to give a little pop. On the back we also stenciled the number so as to have an overall effect and view for their guest. And you all know I love the bling- so we incorporated the color of their wedding and beaded it through with bling!

Not to be confused with Escort cards; which has every guests' name individually and table numbers, the Table numbers, besides being oh so very helpful,  are very important to the overall look and feel of any elegant wedding. I say this because your wedding day should encompass all the elements that reflect you and your spouses ideas, energy and feelings about one another. This little detail really sets the tone for so little money.

On the creativity side- there is no limit- so long as it represents you both. Go wild! If you like ballet and he likes sports find a melding of the two. The really popular ones are the ones where the bride and groom have pictures of the themselves at the age of the table number. Very cute; I like more for a formal babyshower or birthday party... but none the less it represents.
